Susan Curlee-Varga
Principal

Susan hails from Martinsville, Virginia, an area of the country recognized as the “furniture capital of the world” during its manufacturing heyday from the 1960’s to the early 2000’s. After graduating from college, Susan found her way into the Hospitality Industry.

Her first job was with American of Martinsville, a leading furniture manufacturer. Starting as a Sales Representative, Susan received extensive knowledge of furniture manufacturing as part of her training. American believed that their Sales Reps should have deep product knowledge and manufacturing expertise.

Susan continues to bring that level of understanding and commitment to her work in representing manufacturers to clients. Susan remains committed to representing manufacturers that hold the same core values in service, quality and professionalism that she does. She consistently ranks as a top performer in Hospitality, Health and Senior Care Living by the manufacturers she represents.

Jim Varga
Principal Partner

Seeking to build on the success and reputation that Susan Curlee Inc. had already achieved,  Jim has been Susan’s business partner since 2016.  After graduating from college, his “first career”  was working in Big Pharma for 31 years.  Jim now enjoys his time as an entrepreneur and assisting with project management, marketing and running the daily business.  In his free time Jim enjoys sports, travel and the outdoors.
